About Us

Our staff includes physicians, dentists, accountants, businesspersons and teachers. All are concerned parents, who are actively involved with kids in both education and recreation. We believe that Personal Safety and Injury Prevention must be taught as early as possible. We also believe that children and their parents should be prepared to deal with unavoidable injuries whenever they do occur. 

CEO - CHAIRMAN

Dr. Allan Coopersmith D.D.S., F.A.G.D., F.A.D.I., B.Sc

Received his D.D.S. from McGill University in Montreal. He is a regular lecturer and a member of the university's Department of Restorative Dentistry as well as the Canadian Academy of Restorative Dentistry. He is certified in Massachusetts and is a member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario. He currently conducts a private practice in Montreal, Quebec.

PROGRAM DIRECTOR

Howard Applebaum

A professional for more than 20 years in the construction industry and former owner of a security company specializing in fire and burglar alarms, intercoms, and CCTV systems, Howard was unable to continue in his profession, having been diagnosed in 1996 with multiple sclerosis and now confined to a wheelchair. Howard returned to school to acquire computer skills in order to seek a new career. Howard was appointed executive director of the "Ouch Pack" program and has since taken over running the daily operations overseeing production, shipping and being contact liaison between local representatives and clientele.
